These Terms govern your use of dispatch support services provided by SendaRig Dispatch Group LLC, including communications sent by phone, SMS, and email.

SendaRig Dispatch Group LLC ("SendaRig," "we," "us," or "our") is a dispatch support service based in Jersey City, New Jersey. We provide administrative and dispatch support services to independent motor carriers and owner-operators who hold their own valid FMCSA operating authority.
SendaRig assists carriers with tasks that support their independent operations, which may include:
These services are provided under a written service agreement between SendaRig and the carrier, and are performed under the carrier's own operating authority.
Carriers who use SendaRig's services represent that they hold valid, active operating authority issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), along with all applicable insurance and safety credentials required to legally transport freight. SendaRig does not obtain, hold, or act under its own broker or carrier operating authority in connection with these services, and carriers remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing their operations.
By providing your phone number or email address to SendaRig, or by engaging our dispatch support services, you consent to receive operational communications from us related to load opportunities, rate confirmations, scheduling, and general dispatch support. These communications may be sent via phone call, SMS text message, or email.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages to carriers who have not separately opted in to receive them.
Carriers and drivers may provide consent to receive SMS messages from SendaRig verbally when engaging our services, or in writing as part of a carrier service agreement.
Supported carriers include most major U.S. mobile carriers. SendaRig, and the mobile carriers involved in delivering messages, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Fees for dispatch support services are set out in the individual service agreement between SendaRig and the carrier, and are billed separately from any freight charges, rates, or payments owed to the carrier by brokers or shippers.
SendaRig is not a licensed property broker and does not arrange for the transportation of freight between shippers and carriers on its own authority. SendaRig does not take title to, or assume liability for, freight at any point. Carriers using SendaRig's dispatch support services remain independent contractors responsible for their own transportation operations under their own operating authority.
Note: SendaRig Dispatch Group LLC intends to separately obtain FMCSA broker operating authority in the future. If and when that occurs, this section and related terms will be updated to reflect that expanded scope of services, and carriers/customers will be notified accordingly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendaRig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our dispatch support services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost loads, or delays, except where such liability arises from SendaRig's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with SendaRig in accordance with the terms set out in that agreement. SendaRig reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services to any carrier who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful conduct.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, including if SendaRig obtains FMCSA broker authority and expands its service offerings. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
